Consolidated Property Group develop Warrington Leisure Centre.
Consolidated Property Group, clients of Lamb & Swift, have been successful in their bid to develop the Fordton Leisure Centre in Warrington currently owned by the council. The site subject to planning approval will accommodate an Aldi Foodstore, Family Public House and some further leisure/restaurant uses.
